• The full haunted experience takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete, depending on your group and pace.

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

    Late entry is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

  • The listed closing time is the cutoff for final ticket sales, not when the haunted house shuts down. The 43rd Floor will remain open until all ticketed guests have completed the experience.

  • Yes! Tickets may be purchased at the door based on availability. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as time slots may sell out.

  • Guests will enter in small groups. Larger parties may be divided depending on crowd size and operations.

    Groups are limited to a maximum of 5 guests. Depending on availability, smaller parties or solo guests may be combined with another group, up to the 5-person limit. Unless a solo group package was purchased.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If The 43rd Floor is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be contacted with available options.

  • The 43rd Floor is an outdoor rooftop experience, but the entire attraction is fully covered. The haunt will operate rain or shine unless severe weather makes it unsafe to do so.

  • Actors may follow, chase, or startle guests, but will not intentionally touch you. For everyone’s safety, guests may not touch the actors, props, decorations, or equipment at any time.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears overly intoxicated or whose behavior could create a safety concern.

  • No food or drinks are permitted inside The 43rd Floor. Food and beverages are available at the main bar & restaurant before or after your haunted experience.

  • Costumes are welcome, but masks, realistic weapons, and props that could create a safety concern are not permitted.

  • The 43rd Floor is recommended for guests 16 years and older due to intense scares, dark environments, loud noises, flashing lights, and mature themes.

    Guests under 16 will not be permitted to enter without adult 25+

    For younger children: Sunday openings between 3pm-6pm will be considered family friendly, with NO scare actors and only animatronics.
